'The Round House Bungalow' 3B Condo w/ Huge Deck

  • Charming three-bedroom condo located on Sugar Mountain close to all amenities Sugar has to offer. This condo will make you feel right at home. In the living room, you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV and the gas-burning fireplace for cool winter nights. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. In the master bedroom, there is a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and in the third bedroom, there are two bunk beds. This condo features a wrap-around deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

    Features:
    Free WI-FI.
    TV: All the TVs are all equipped with streaming devices that include at least: Netflix and Amazon Prime - Renters utilize their own login.
    Living room: Apple TV, Samsung TV Plus, MLB are all logged into. Multitude of "free" channels also.
    Master bedroom: Apple TV and Direct TV app are both logged on.
    Two other bedrooms have Amazon Prime free channels - no login needed.
    Portable air conditioner for use in warm months.
    No Smoking
    No Pets.
    No Check-in on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
    All guests are required to sign a rental agreement emailed to you from Adobe upon booking.
    There is limited parking - only one car is allowed
