"Disappointing! It’s a great resort right on the
beach
with a big beautiful pool, and great views from the room, but it needs a lot of enervations. Also the hotel appeared to be closed because including me, there were only 4 guests at the hotel and the bar and restaurant services were slim to none."

"Excellent business hotel meets resort. Located right on a good stretch of
beach
facing the Gambia River estuary, with a lovely pool and poolside bar. My room was the best I’ve encountered yet in sub-Saharan Africa, and would be similar to a Holiday Inn in North America/Europe. Mosquito nets were provided (there are so many mosquitos here) and the AC was powerful. They will spray your room to repel mosquitos upon request, but be aware that the chemical smell will last a while, so you need to...

The gardens are beautiful and full of life, with peacocks and monkeys adding a unique touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome.
