They were so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make our stay comfortable like allowing us to use our half board to have meals brought to our room on one of the days as one of my daughters was not feeling well that day. Also allowed us to have a late checked out on one of our rooms. Greatly appreciate it and not forgetting the birthday decorations in the room and a birthday cake for my wife!
