"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively. "

"Страхотен малък хотел. Много любезен персонал. Закуската може да бъде подубрена с по голям избор на хляб и кроасани, но като цяло беше добре. Единственото неприятно нещо беше не от хотела а от съсесдния ресторант. Музуката е много висока и до 2 ч сутринта монтираният бокс на стената им гърмеше. "Well, the front-desk excuses start immediately when we arrive. First our magnetic card to open our hotel room doesn't work. Front-desk told us that it broke yesterday. When we go to the spa center the pool was not warm enough and the help there told us that the pool heater broke up yesterday. Our room was pretty big, but some of the lamps doesn't work.
