"Only manager/owner spoke english and was not very helpful with obtaining information. There was a broken electrical switch which controlled hot water heater and so the first shower I had was ice cold. I was told the hot water just takes a long time. The next day I waited for the water heater for 20 min and still no hot water. It was later discovered that the switch was broke. Wifi not in all the rooms and only in downstairs lobby. "Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice. "
