Just installed a new FUJITSU for climate control.
Beautiful home in a private setting. Enjoy your breakfast on the screened in porch or on the dock listening to the loons.
There is one private bedroom with communal built-ins and a lofted bunk for the other sleeping areas.
The cover photo a view of the house from the road. The screened in porch is accessed from the deck which overlooks the huge yard and fire pit. We have Corn Hole and Kan Jam. The left peak of the house yours. It is completely separate from the right side.

Beautiful lakefront stay
The owner was incredibly responsive, and the home was perfect for our group of 8. There is only one bathroom but that was never an issue. Everything seemed recently renovated, and the kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking supplies. The usable golf cart and firepit were also awesome touches. Highly recommend!

Brewer Lake House
This lake house was the perfect getaway! My daughter chose this home for her Sweet 16 since we could not celebrate it as we would have liked due to COVID-19. She chose to have access to a beautiful lake where kayaks and canoes were readily available. The home became the beautiful backdrop of a Zoom Sweet 16 Celebration of close friends and family!
From the very beginning, Dianne and Joe were extremely accommodating in every way! They addressed a few minor concerns that we had and helped us (when needed) navigate during our stay. I will miss the lovely sunsets, golf cart rides, and absolute splendor of Brewer Lake!
