No bar/ spa altho the website advertised there would be. No wine/beer at restaurant. The webite said there was a bar and hence we chose this hotel. Hotel in slum area, no restaurants near by. Hard to get taxis to and fro.

Ziniza was very disappointing.

Very noisy air conditioner, gap under door let light and noise in, very little hot water and luke warm or cold shower most days, continental breakfast was toast and coffee, 24 hour laundry service took 3 days. Staff were friendly and helpful when they could understand English. I booked and paid for 9 nights but stayed 8. I changed to a city hotel where I could get a hot shower. Not recommended for business travel.

Great staff!

The staff here were very very nice. They definitely went out of their way to accommodate us and it was very much appreciated. That being said though, the Wi-Fi here sucked. The neighborhood was in a weird location and we had lots of trouble finding taxis and tuk tuks to take us there. Otherwise our stay here was comfortable.

Stayed there for a week, staff ar friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent. Room is spacious and clean. Just that the hot water isnt very stable and location is not that great if you are looking to shop in town. Nice place for weekend market stay and just to get away from city.

Room very good but hotel location a challenge for getting into the city as no taxi drivers knows where it is .. I had to use my GPS to provide Sat Nav to the hotel. Breakfast was good 1 day of the 2 - as only one day they provided a buffet. Good flat screen TV but no international channels. No bar. Suitable for travellers with a car ..and Sat Nav. Reliable but slow wi-fi.

Nearest train station:Bangsue Location : Some alley which don't have any street lamps at night(very dangerous) Breakfast starts 630am-10am. If you arrive for breakfast at 940am the staff are quite unhappy. The rooms need renovating as the furniture are old and the bed is hard and pillows are too soft. The toilet drainage hole is exposed and makes the toilet smell like sewer. Getting a taxi from the hotel to go out is not easy unless you book day trip taxis. Only good thing is free hotel tuk tuk shuttle to Bang sue station. Don't try to pull your luggage and walk from the station to the hotel, take a taxi!
