Entirely renovated house very well located.
All the furniture and furnishings in the house are completely new
2 large bedrooms each with a large king size bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, small balcony.
1 large bathroom with walk-in shower and wc as well as 2 other showers with wc, 1 large fitted kitchen with fridge, table and washing machine as well as another smaller kitchen with microwave.
2 terraces including the one on the top floor with panoramic views of the city.
Large 40 m2 living room with non-convertible sofa, ceiling fan and digital TV with local and foreign channels.
Free WiFi throughout the house.
50 meters from the house there is a 7eleven (a very well-known small supermarket in Thailand where you can find everything you need) as well as a family mart (same as the 7eleven).
Next door there is a large choice of typical Thai street restaurants as well as breakfast cafes.
At 400 meters you have the metro underground MRT station SAM YAN.
The house is located 1 km from Hualampong Central Station, 800 m from Lumpini Park (the central park of Bangkok)
1 km from Patpong night market (silom district), 1.5 km from the famous MBK (large shopping center for shopping lovers), and close to Chinatown.
