Nice Hotel In Thonglor, Bangkok

The service was good and the hotel is located really near to Thonglor BTS. U can also try on the Thai traditional costume for free at the hotel. Overall, it is really worth it to stay here especially if you love the party scene in Thonglor.

Beautiful hotel and friendly, warm staff. Rooftop pool is lovely and the location is safe and close to the train line. A little far from the center, but worth it for the quiet. The concierge was so helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful and will stay again.

French style in Bangkok

Salil is a beautiful place to stay. It is in a convenient and quiet area of Bangkok. The rooms are well fitted and have the features needed for a comfortable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast is delicious.

Although the staff was courteous and helpful, the only negative comment I can leave is there was a bad smell. Every night, after returning from our day adventures, we returned to find a bad smell in the room. Hotel staff was quick to mask the smell for the night, but it would return the following day.

Hotel is beautiful with great architecture. Minor flaws here and there. Customer Service is inconsistent: vanity kit, shower cap or complimentary tooth brushes have been provided once, not as expected daily (in comparison to other 2 hotels we stayed prior and after this hotel visit). Towels are changed daily but facial wash towels are like roulette if you getting it. Breakfast offered limited choices and lacking variety and if you are not a fan of hot dishes for breakfast, toast or choco danish is your alternative. The pool has only 3 loungers and few chairs and no pool bar. Means limited stay to relax to allow usage for other guests. In overall: I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff all around but I wouldn't give it 5 stars.

This property was a huge disappointment for us. First, it smells AWFUL in there all the time. Second, our room was so humid, it made all of our clothes damp and stinky. Additionally, me and my friend used a wash rag to wipe off a honey face mask we used. The hotel said the towels were “damaged beyond repair” and charged us for it. Which is absurd. Their breakfast was AWFUL and we would walk over to the hotel next store to get breakfast even tho we already paid for the breakfast at this hotel. Overall, I would never stay here again.
