Great hotel, had everything we needed. Staff were so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was superb with an excellent view of the river.

Recommandable hotel

Close to Icon siam you can walk to the shopping mall by 10 mins walk with a short cut. Very kind and helpful concierge service. Clean room. Good breakfast. Great location- close to pier and BTS station.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful with Chao Phraya river view. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was ok. In a walking distance to ICONSIAM and the pier for water taxi. The area around the hotel was safe.

We had greatest rest in this hotel

We had greatest rest in this hotel. Room, swimming pool, sauna, fitness room.. Everything was perfect. Especially, Na, Bartender, was very kind and humorous. I felt a lot talking to him. And Anit, She is staff, she showed us their dedicated service. For these reasons, I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Thailand again. I recommand this hotel. It was great expierence.

Great river view, close to iconsiam, however the bed was absolutely awful and housekeeping appears to have stolen a brand new dress my wife had purchased the day before. Signs say they arent responsible so nothing was done. Other then that the grounds was great, pool fun, everything was nice but the bed was a killer.

Fabulous EXCEPT the bathroom!

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, super pool with lots of beds in sun and shade. Breakfast was one of the best in a hotel we've had. Choices are wide and the hot food varies each day. Walking distance to Iconsiam mall, many street food stalls, few restaurants, a 7-11. Cost us under 600 THB from BKK airport using Grab. Room was nice, beds were comfy. BUT the bathroom sliding doors are a bizarre (awful) design, that simply doesn't work well. You cannot close them quietly and they open from the wrong side so you need to open them fully, leaning over the marble effect full bathroom top to open it. Really dumb design. Also our shower was really weak. Such a shame!

Good four star hotel

We had a great trip staying at this hotel. The service is really excellent and the overall comfort of the hotel is really good. For a new hotel it seemed a little bit run down in the rooms. I think that might be a build quality thing though. We usually stay in five star hotels, but this is only a four star hotel so you get what you pay for. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel. Once again, pretty good for a four-star hotel. There was a decent selection but not a lot of changes daily. I would love to see some fresh whipped cream for the waffles, but that might just be nitpicking. The pool was nice and wasn't overcrowded while we were there. The beds are relatively comfortable although there is quite a lot of movement of the mattress on the king size beds which could be trouble for couples who aren't used to sharing a wobbly bed. We also got massages while we were there which were very good and reasonably priced. There is a Lawson's (convenience store) on the premises which is very convenient. We got a very good deal for the five nights that we stayed. We had a Riverview king size room. If priced right (approx $75US per night) I think we would stay here again

The room layout may not be exactly as pictured from the official photos. I booked “Superior River View” room because I saw in the photos that the bed is facing the balcony and you can see the river from the bed. But, I was assigned a different layout with a partial river view with the balcony on the side. The river was mostly obscured by the pool and the other hotel building. When I relayed my concern to the front desk, they said I had the correct room and for some reason even insisted that I had the “better” layout. They told me many guests did not like the bed facing the balcony. I did not really appreciate how my request was handled the first day. I relayed my request again the next day and one of the staff Easter was very kind and understanding and helped me changed the room. The new room was everything I wanted for my last leg of the trip in Bangkok. It was just so relaxing and lovely to take it slow and watch the boats going back and forth on the river from the bed.
