The hotel is very centrally connected. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The integrated restaurant and the integrated bar are perfect to take away from the hustle and bustle. The food in the restaurant is very tasty.

One of the most convenient locations. Within a 300 ft of the BTS and MRT, as well as the Terminal 21 mall. Hotel and management staff are quick to respond.

My favorite place to stay in all of Bangkok. Super convenient location, near nightlife, restraunts, shoppjng, convenience stores, currency exchanges. The rooms are simple, but comfy, super clean and well kept. All staff are extremely professional and friendly.The Indulge restauraunt is first class, a real bonus to the hotel, servimg a delicious variety of Thai and western food, perfectly prepared and presented. I have stayed many times and will continue to do so.

The reception heard that my previous experience of noise from the bistro downstair, she instinctively allocate me a room away from it. First day I requested extra drinking water, the following days the house keeping also instinctively provide extra drinking water when they clean my room.
