I absolutely loved my one-month stay in this condo and have booked to return next month.
This is a relatively new condo building, so everything is in great condition. The gym is excellent and I used it most days - a good variety of cardio equipment as well as weight machines. The pool is beautiful - but I never used it. Security is present 24/7, controlling vehicle traffic in/out of the facility. There is a 7eleven store on the ground floor which is very convenient.
The room is basically a studio with a large bed, flat screen TV and small kitchenette. Just as shown in the listing.
The location is perfect, between sois 13 & 15 in Sukhumvit. There is a great selection of street food on Soi 11, as well as bars and massage places. The BTS Skytrain Nana Station is nearby (Soi 9) making access around the city easy. There is a canal boat pier at the top end of Soi 15 for additional transportation. Soi 4's nightlife (and Nana Plaza) is a short walk away. Soi 21 (and Soi Cowboy) is also easily reached on foot. There's an inexpensive drop-off laundry service close by the building. I could go on, but suffice to say it would be hard to beat this location.
The value is great. Less than I have paid for a small hotel in this area, with more facilities, more convenience (fridge and cooking facilities) and more privacy.
The host was great. He was there if I needed him but, otherwise, he stayed out of the way.
