Property was clean and great value for the price no English TV stations, transport to get out and about not so readily available, 7/11 close with restaurants BTS around 15min walk. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Oasis in Busy Bangkok

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a hard time finding the place at first, but I found a taxi driver who knew the location. We found that restaurants and shops were close by once we knew our way around. Record high temperatures while we were there. So the apartment was a wonderful refuge.

Only thing that was difficult was that im partly use a wheelchair but thats everything in bangkok. But the people helped tremendously

We enjoyed our month-long stay at The Present. The staff were all very nice and willing to help in any way. There was always someone outside monitoring who came and went. We felt completely safe there. The BTS station is about three blocks from The Present and you can get anywhere in the city from there. Recommend you download the BTS (above ground) and MRT (underground) schedules before you arrive. My husband has difficulty walking long distances so we used Grab most of the time. A very convenient but more expensive option. There were a few things that we did not expect. The stovetop did not work. No cookware, or microwave. There was an electric tea pot and a nice refrigerator. We shopped for pastries, fruit, and other snacks and ate our meals out. Many good eateries nearby. The apt had two towels and two washclothes which were changed out during weekly cleaning. We purchased some cheap towels and washcloths at Ikea to compensate. NO IRON - My major issue! But,he wrinkles on my t'shirts and slacks/shorts were gone with the humidity and i didnt need the dresses. The place was advertised as having a washer and dryer. There was a washer in the room and a coin-operated dryer in the covered carport downstairs. After the first time, we found it more convenient to do our things at a nearby laundromat. We blew a circuit with our Thai compatible electrical device, with two UsbA, 2 UsbC, and two reg outlets - all used. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing!

I traveled to Bangkok for a solo vacation. I arrived very late (2am) and Mimi had prearranged for my key to be with the security guard. At first I was worried about the location, but I am here to tell you - this none of the best areas and properties to stay at! It’s so close to so many things - just a quick walk to the Chonsi or Saint Louis BTS station, food, shopping etc. Not to mention at night, the ally becomes a place to get great food. The air conditioners were a life saver in the heat. Great little kitchen. And the washer was an unexpected blessing. I’d stay here every single trip!

Perfect budget friendly place

Staff was very welcoming. Wifi worked well. I was able to have cleaning when I needed. Washing machine in unit and if u don't want to hang dry, they do have a dryer downstairs for pay. Great location.

Petcharut is a fantastic host

The property is in a good location and accurate with the details. Petcharut was just great, I had a place booked in Pattaya the week before this, the booking was completely screwed up, I messaged Petcharut by mistake and they went out of the way to help me even tho it was a different place ;) Very responsive and helpful.
