I had a wonderful stay at Serene Sukhumvit 39. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is set back from the street and is quiet. There is a washing machine on the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable with one bedroom, but it would have been nice if it had better satellite TV reception and a washlet.

BTS Phrom Phong駅から近く、駅前には日本人にはお馴染みのタイ料理屋さんもあり、便利です。 ホテルはSoi39から少し入ったところで、住宅地の中でもさらに静かです。ホテルも部屋もきれいです。 少し広めの部屋にとまったのですが、冷蔵庫・電子レンジに加えIH調理コンロ、食器＋鍋＋フライパン、さらにベランダに洗濯機もあり、すこぶる便利です。

Exceptional service from front desk staff! We had a great time during our 4 nights stay at Sereine Sukhumvit 39. The hotel is in the a perfect location close to everything: bts, Emquatier, massage places including lots of food and restaurants nearby. We requested checking in early as we arrived rather early in the morning, checking in was nice and quick then we went straight in our room which was really help after a long journey! During our stay, I had an issue with delivery and staff went above and beyond helping me with the phone to chase it up. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back again!

5泊しましたが、快適に過ごせました。ベッドは広く１人で寝るのには十分すぎるほどでした。 駅からは少し歩きますが、許容範囲です。壁が薄いのか、廊下で話している声や音が聞こえるので、気になる人は気になるかもしれません。 また宿泊しようと思っている施設になりました。

This hotel is literally a five minute walk from the BTS Phrom Phrong stop. There is a wonderful café right next to it. It’s quiet and just far enough removed from the main street that you can get a peaceful sleep. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating whether you need extra pillows or blankets. I stayed here following my knee surgery and they were able to accommodate my every need.

1ヶ月滞在しました。 スタッフさんは皆さん親切で、部屋も清潔感があり快適な日々でした。 英語かタイ語で対応してくださいます。私の拙い英語でも翻訳機を使い、一生懸命コミニケーションを取ってくださいました。 少し奥まった場所にありますが、大通りから離れており静かに過ごせます。 お風呂場にはシャワーキャップ、ハンドソープ、ボディーソープ、シャンプー キッチンにはスポンジ、洗剤、数枚の食器、フライパン、お鍋が常備されています。 歯ブラシやトリートメントはありませんので必要な方は持参必須です。 スリッパもあるのですが、使い回しだと思うので気になる方は持参した方が良いです。 洗濯する際は乾燥機ともに各60バーツで、フロントで両替も可です。洗剤は持参するかフロントで購入になります。 干す際はフロントに言うと物干しラックとハンガーも貸してくださいます。 一階にプールもあるのですが、かなり人目につく場所にあるので入ってる方はいなかったです。 次回タイに来る際もこちらのホテルを利用したいと思うくらいいいホテルでした。

Quiet area hotel near BTS,Emsphere,Park

Arrived late at the Sereine 39 Hotel at midnight and the staff were good about staying late.Apparently no night manager. Stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the tiny but refreshing pool & quiet,spacious 2nd storey room.Location of the hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to the BTS Prom Phong station.Plenty of street and other food options nearby including food courts at the upscale shopping centres adjacent the BTS. The pleasant Benchakitti Park is located just opposite the EM shopping malls for times when you don’t want to eat or shop. Daily housekeeping and complementary 2 bottles of water were appreciated.Having a modest kitchen with dishes,cooking gear and utensils,sink, storage, microwave and fridge was also a plus. Shower was fussy with a single control for the taps; couldn’t get consistently warm water- either scalding or cool. Overall ,a pleasant lodging experience and good value for the cost.

員工服務好，分配地下房間比較嘈，房門設計問題關門時會很嘈，其他不錯，只是有兩晚隔離房的印度住客由凌晨開始嘈吵到天亮，全晚開大音樂、玩樂聲直至天亮。除了這兩天，酒店很寧靜和舒適，酒店早上8點至晚上10點才有員工，我當晚9點到酒店，如果遲一點就無法check in。

コンビニ・スーパー・飲食店がもっと近いと良い。朝・夜にフロント不在。場所が分かり難い。深夜チェックインは厳しいかも？プールは小さ過ぎ。泳いでいる人1回も見なかった。掃除もしてないのでは？
