I love the staff here. They are always helpful and friendly even after a long flight or train ride. I’ve stayed here twice and each time it feels like coming home to a nice apartment. Your own kitchen, a bedroom and huge living room. The only thing I would change is the shower. It has the half glass and when you shower water goes on the floor.

Fast check in,,clean room,slitely dated but massive,comfy beds,good water pressure in bath and showwer,service was excellent throughout,pool areas at 2 swimming pools were veey clean with excellwnt staff,only negative omprovement at brealfast ,seemed less choice than last visit,but for what the room cost us wouldnt like to mark the rembrandt residance down on this.Thank you for an excellent stay(great location,quiet clean soi only couple minutes from the hussle and bussle)..

The staff was great and the room was quite big for the price but it is aged and housekeeping was not thorough with their cleaning. I stayed 7 nights and do not think that they vacuumed or swept the floor the entire time. They also neglected to replace the body wash multiple times which meant on 3 occasions I had to use shampoo to wash.

Except for Restroom , no other mirror in room Overall good, except for a staff who tried to push to opt his preferred cab at higher rate ( may be he gets commission) to airport and trying to delay leaving hotel, Mgmt should seriously look at it, had informed reception as well.
