Good location for the Airport (BKK) we spent one night here in between a late-night arrival and an early morning departure the next day. There was a hotel shuttle bus to the airport and so while the airport Terminal is very close the shuttle seemed to be better then trying to navigate roads etc to get there. Staff were nice and friendly and they helped us a great deal with our need for a wheelchair to get us to the airport check-in desk. Room service was ok. The rooms were starting to get a little tired and could use a face lift, but for the few hours we were in Bangkok on the way hone it was an ideal airport hotel.

24 hour check in is so convenient for flights. The shuttle was very convenient, and the walk to the airport isnt too far either. Appreciated the multiple bottles of water provided. Rooms were large.

The location and hotel common areas (pool, lobby, restaurants) were all very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean but the desk chair in my room was VERY stained and the carpet was shabby and looked like it was overdue for replacement. Overall a decent stay for an airport hotel but for the price I was expecting a little nicer of a room. Also the shuttle and walking path to the hotel made it really convenient.

I especially like that this property has a SUPER checkin/checkout policy: one does needs only to check out 24 hours after checking in. This is a much FAIRER policy for those who arrive at night--they NO LONGER have to check out by noon. Other hotels need to adapt this progressive idea.

Perfect location. However, when we got to our room, I swear it smelled like smoke. Maybe years ago it was a smoking room, the the walls, ceiling, curtains, carpet, maybe, need a proper cleaning. In any event, spoke with the front desk, and they immediately changed my room, which was much better. A nice touch, 30 mins later, front desk called my room to ensure I was happy with the room change. Overall, I would stay there again.

The Novotel BKK Airport is a servicable destination if you have a morning flight and don't want to risk unpredictable Bangkok traffic. The property is a little dated and starting to show its wear, but the rooms are large, well equipped and the ten minute walk via the underground tunnel cannot be beaten for a low stress transfer to airport check in.

Me and my wife eonly stayed here for one night. The entrance is very grand. The room we got initially smelled like an ashtray. A quick call to the front desk and we were given a new room with a free upgrade to a suite. The suite smelled much better but it did have some minor cleanliness issues such as hair in the shower and tub as well as a dirty mirror. The room service was good though. Big selection of foods and ours not only looked great but also tasted great. I would definitely stay here again especially since it is so convenient being next to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

This hotel is by far the closest one to the Bangkok airport. They have a shuttle bus but I walked there— less than 10 minutes. The rooms are large, look very new, and have a great breakfast.
