Facility 100%, the staff, not so much

Staff seemed annoyed when asking for the WiFi, amenities and general knowledge. Even when communicating in Thai. Instead of telling me they don’t know, they’d just point in some general direction and lie

由於自己之前也是從事飯店業， 這次入住的感覺不是很滿意，在辦理入住手續時，櫃台服務人員簡直比機場海關還要嚴格，除了基本的出示護照資訊之外，還要求房客提供泰國出入境卡， 櫃台人員感覺不到親切感，房務人員及工作人員幾乎沒有笑容， 電梯老舊有臭味， 除此之外飯店房間內 舒適度還可以，真心希望飯店人員，能改進服務態度， 加油好嗎？

What a dirty and smelly room! Air conditioner is old and generate lots of noises! Bad experience here and will not come here again!
