++ High floor with a beautiful scenery. You can see a sunset from this room. At night time, you can see the nice view (car highway road, road traffic, etc.) from your bed room. No noisy in the room due to the room located at high floor. The mini mart shop is in front of the condo with open 24 hrs. ++ 5 mins walk to BTS Talat Phlu (Exit No. 3) It is just 200 meters from BTS. My condo is located at the main road. So, the main road’s light is always turn on. ++ 6 BTS stop to CBD (Silom&Sathon) ++ Rooftop view of BKK (city view and local life view) ++ 5 mins walk to big shopping mall and food court (various food such as Japanese food, thai food, noodles etc.) ++ Local life style, street food(just 3 mins walk), cheapest cloths.
