Reservation staff Ms Da, Kim, Joy, Tib were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast are staff is very friendly. Ms. Donut is very nice. Front staff really makes you feel special. They always welcome you with a genuine smile whenever they see you. We really liked them. . Easy access to transportation. A 7-11 type store is next to the property. Nice and clean hotel. I highlyrecommend this place. Thank you.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Reservation desk (Front Desk) Ms. Da, Joy, Tib, and Kim are extremely nice, very professional and always ready to help. Dinning room staff Ms. Donut is always smiling. Since this hotel as guests from all over the world I will like to recommend that the property ensures that there is always at least one person is dinning area with proficient English skills. Thank you.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff and room were great. Suggest to book the bigger room, worth the upgrade. BTS station is 30 steps from the hotel lobby. Breakfast is good, but after 2 days you would want to eat something new. Overall 5 stars, the only downside is the traffic around the hotel, it is always congested but non-issue if you only want to take BTS/MRT.

Hotel was alright. It was a little dated and had a faint smell of cigarettes. When I took off sheets to. Heck for bedbugs as a precaution there was an old toe nail clipping. There were some stains on the floor near the door to the pool. The hotel was in a very convenient but busy area. Staff was quick when you asked for something. Our room had a private pool which made up for a lot. It was clean and a great amenity. The gym is dated with little equipment.

Room is okay enough space for two persons with cookware and washing machine. Hotel staff show very unfriendly without smile or greeting words, service really poor from restaurant staff that they just ignore dishes on table not collecting them away and food on floor become slippy..... Also window curtain in bathroom broke down and I need to cover window by towel...... Really disappointed!!

約１ヶ月後に再予約しているためその時使う部屋について、自分がホテルを選択する際の条件である部屋に浴槽と洗濯機があることの確認をしようとしたが、わからないと言われた。 予約の際の部屋の写真にはどちらも映っているため、それも確認を頼んだがわからないと言われた。

This is my second extended (greater than 10 days) stay at the Jasmine Resort. First, the staff are just incredibly good - everyone from the front desk to the door staff to the housekeeping staff. Super polite, prompt, and friendly. The property is a great value with nice rooms and furniture, along with a fantastic location right next to a major BTS station and a short walk from so many great restaurants. This is by far my favorite corner of Bangkok and favorite place to stay.l

깨끗하고 좋아요!! 굉장히 만족합니다. 조식도 맛있는거 많고 에어컨 잘 되어있고 와이파이도 좋음! 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셔서 태국인들 호감도 상승됨ㅎ수영장은 크지 않고 적당하고 헬스장은 기대안하는게 좋음. 룸서비스도 맛있었어요.또 방문할 의사 매우 있음 .너무 좋아요
