I absolutely loved this hotel. The esthetics are so beautiful and well thought out. I love the presentation for the drinks served, even the welcome drink is serves with a twist and a cute key. Special Thank You to Arm and Antonio they both went above and beyond to assist us. They made our first trip to Bangkok so memorable. I must say that ALL of the staff was very kind!

The interior is too dark, the ambience is creepy, the carpet has an unpleasant smell. The room looks old and very dark, the air con was loud with a slight unpleasant smell. The wardrobe knob was loose and fell down as soon as we tried to open the wardrobe door. The worst of all, they were cockroaches in the toilet. Definitely NOT what I expected with the price I paid in Bangkok.

This was a fabulous hotel. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. The room was large and gorgeous - we loved the moody decor. The most comfortable hotel during my whole stay in Asia. The multiple restaurants were a convenient feature too.

The Muse offers a unique historic and comfortable experience. Our room was spacious , and the bathroom was large and modern, but consistent with the theme of the hotel. Good central location for tourist activities. The sky train station in nearby. The “sky bar” on the 24th floor is amazing. It’s worth visiting even if you do not stay at the hotel.

When in Bangkok I always visit Muse. Great rooms, great hospitality and wonderful decoration. Visit The Speakeasy bar for a cocktail. Their Bacon Old Fashioned was the best in the world. Unfortunately they don’t have it anymore.

What an outstanding hotel ! The staff will definitely go out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay ! I had a short talk with the general manager, very professional, and very friendly. The staff are always cleaning or straightening, which is hard to find these days with the cell phone epidemic , I would definitely stay here again I would definitely recommend it to families or business or solo travelers .

The staff - each person consistently greats you with a big hello and a warm Thai smile. Each staff member loves their job and it’s reflected each time how they treat their guest in the most genuine way. Reception is awesome, including the Bellman. This is the face of the Muse Hotel. The other employees are awesome, as well - from housecleaning to the bar & restaurant servers.

The employees were all very nice. The hotel was very clean. The only thing that I did not like was that it seemed very dimly lite in the entire hotel.
