I’ve had many pleasant stays over the last couple of years. Clean, safe, and comfortable. While it might seem a bit scuffed and faded, staff are very courteous and helpful. For an area of upscale shopping malls and luxury apartments, it’s good value. I recommend the balconies.

Stayed for 15 nights. Breakfast was awful. All cold items warm all warm items cold. Very little choice of food for breakfast. Staff seem unhappy most of the time Shower cold then extremely hot when I told the staff they said the while hotel was same. And offered alternate room. Room need a deep clean to remove the stains on the chairs the walls and doors. Overall cheap but poor.

I am disabled. Walking difficulties. I had to climb a ser of stairs to reach a very average room. Disappointing. I will not use again. I have used this hotel before and they gave me a much better room. Maybe they were just grumpy but I was not impressed.
