Hotel needs massive improvement
The hotel needs massive improvement, the overall condition of the room, the facilities, hot tub broken, sauna dilapidated, steam room out of order. Beds were comfortable and air condition in the kitchen,diner, bathroom Didn’t work.

Initially when I arrived after an exhausting 24hrs of travelling I was grumpy and didn’t really appreciate the hotel and surroundings. It’s typical of most Asian countries they build astounding buildings and then omit the ongoing maintenance. Despite this, I thought that the staff, location and hotel were great.

Fantastic value for money. Great bed with 2 different size pillows, huge room with washing machine and small line on balcony for clothes drying [executive room] Awesome breakfast and very helpful staff. Not much as far as english speaking tv channels go so maybe bring a PC and hdmi cable. Short walk to BTS and awesome little street food area with entertainment just across the road. Definately stay here again.

Good location.
Ok hotel to stay in. Good location, good staff and ease of access. It’s in need of small stuff being fixed/ touched up throughout. Tiles missing in the pool, lack of handrails in male sauna and very slippery surfaces in the sauna, where I had a fall. .

Property is much more dated than photos advertised. Bed was clean, but walls wer grey, shower seals were black with mould, rusted toilet roll holder. You pay what you get, I paid about sgd$40/night after what appeared to be a heavy discount off the booking platform. For context, I usually pay $150/night on average, the existing reviews are either 10/10 or 2/10 for cleanliness, so it was confusing. It is about 25 minutes drive from Chinatown area, and goes up to 45 minutes Friday night bumper to bumper traffic jam. To be fair, I stayed 2 nights, and I changed to another hotel closer in chinatown on my 3rd night.

The food at the buffet breakfast is outstanding! I spent 3 months in Japan before arriving and the food is good even by their standards. Base breakfast is fried rice, perfectly cooked eggs (taste like range-free eggs to me), omelet, pork or chicken sausages, and ham. Also various dim sum manju and siu mai. There are two Thai stir-fried vegetable dishes each day which are perfectly seasoned. Then another tray which also varies each day: French fries, croquettes, gyoza, fried squid rings, wun tun, or plump, delicious pankyo-fried shrimp. There is also a home-made soup each day which can be fabulous. Salad bar has huge pieces of four different greens and there are 5 different home-made salad dressings.

No coffee or tea anywhere.Room cleaing once a week and only Tuesdays. And no conseirge service to call a cab when leaving and they wouldn't hold luggage for 5 minutes..Not to mention a staff rang the door bell just before midnight to check on bathroom tap that was functioning properly..

We always love to stay here, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, and always clean. Also have great, secure, free parking. If you can stay in the rooms that are not facing Sukhumvit, it is best.

This is a great value for the money . It’s an older hotel but very well maintained. Good location , easy access to the sky train, and a great food court across the street at night. The staff where very helpful.

This hotel is almost perfect. The lobby looks grand and the free coffee taste good. I had a complimentary slice of mango cake and pandan juice. The sponge was moist, the cream was thick, sweet and smooth and the mango was sweet. The pandan juice was refreshing with the right amount of sweetness. All of the staff were warm,polite and friendly. The housekeeper does a terrific job at cleaning and replenishing my room. She even helped me to tidy my stuff! I wished there are plates and cutleries and a box of tissue in the room. The room doesn't have an ironing board. Overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel and I would stay here again.

Great location - reasonable rate
This hotel was a good deal considering the nightly rate and it's very convenient location. Its a fairly old building and I'm guessing in its past was a high end Thai market hotel. The room was large and the bed comfortable The breakfast was OK - it is served pre-packaged= not a buffet For me a disappointment was the lack of English broadcast Television. Overall I recommend the place
