The staff at this hotel stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. Always welcoming visitors with a smile, and providing answers and assistance on all matters. My room was very good sized, and was clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful pool that got a lot of use by visitors. But the lounge chairs could be upgraded (to allow for different levels of reclining), and sun umbrellas were lacking. The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining options, and quality massage. It is a bit of a walk to the MRT / BTS stations. The hotel provides a tuk tuk to get you very close to these stations.

This place is always great and is where I always stay while in Bangkok. Modern clean friendly I can’t say enough about the Golden Tulip. They always go out of their way to accommodate whether it’s early check-in or late checkouts. I will be back.

Beyond impressed

In reality, it’s very practical, all I needed is just a place to sleep, to shower, more importantly, a place That’s very quiet away from the hustle and bustle (while being near walking distance to it). This hotel Had all the basic amenities and more importantly phenomenal customer service, courteous polite people. If you want a hotel that clicks on all those check boxes Then This particular hotel fits the criteria excellently.

This hotel was dirty, run down. Bathtub cracked and rusty, black mold, shower curtain yellow from urine and bathroom smelled. Spider webs, dirty bed linen, breakfast substandard. Booked, pre-paid for 1 week but left after first night, no refund. Avoid this place.
