We've stayed at Citadines properties a few times now, always reliable and good value. the staff are especially great The location was perfect, with access to both MRT and BTS, and near Terminal 21. Did wish the pool was a little bigger Appreciated the laundry services

We had the rice soup, Kao-Tom, for breakfast which was one of the best we’ve had in Thailand. Room was clean, parking easy, with a lift from the basement parking to the rooms which was helpful. 24hr tuk-tuk service to the start of the street, ‘soi’, was very useful

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel dining was not so good. Free transport is available but was not communicated to me to the nearest place of dining and other social activity. The hotel is new and all amenities look great. Provided a great place to relax away from the noisy areas of Nana. Value for money.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had asked for extra cups and utensils and they were brought to the room immediately. Whenever i needed the floor cleaned or simple extra tasks done they were handled right away with kindness. This is a good location and very walkable. The hotel also has a tuktuk that will pick you up and take you down the road all day for free. There is a washer and dryer on site for a fee next to the oil and gym. The room has a decent kitchen which we used for cooking a few times and one of the reasons i chose this room and the location. Very good stay here. Booked the room twice because of the mentioned above. Thank you for the great stay Citadine 🙏 😊
