I had my reservations but I actually really enjoyed my stay there (3 nights). The onsen facilities are nice (and fun!), the breakfast is simple but lovely and freshly cooked to order, it’s a decent location with plenty of nice eateries nearby and the Ari BTS very (easy to get to from the airport by public transport) just a few mins walk. The staff were lovely and I’ll defo be staying here again on my next trip. The building works next door were a major pain in the arse during the day but they shut down at normal working hours and the evening is very peaceful. So, if you’re looking to stay there as a base, it’s not an issue. Also, I was worried that the ‘facilities’ would be really noisy in the evenings but they simply aren’t. In fact, If you don’t use the onsen facilities, you’d almost not know it was there.

The property staff was beyond helpful and the area was safe and had walkable transportation and food places but the property upkeep it self needs work and modernizing and there is lots of surround greenery so there are also lots of mosquitoes so bring your repellents besides tat a great spa for the price of the money paid and also includes a welcome bag with goodies and breakfast daily

Property was under construction. Pool being renovated during the day. In site spa and sauna slows outside guest not staying at facility so the traffic in and out can be noisy and there surrounded by lots of vegetation so there are mosquitos visible and in room on premises and was bitten a few times had to go to local 711 for bug repel ant then it was good from there. Besides that host was friendly and all amenities were included with stay but outside guest visiting spa was not that friendly

This hostel is what it is! It’s not a five star hotel, and doesn’t pretend to be. But if you want somewhere cheap to crash for a few nights, and don’t need luxury then this is a great option. It’s in a nice neighbourhood, relatively quiet but with some pretty chic bars and restaurants, and very insta-friendly community spaces. Close to the BST station, so you can easily get around. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and pretty relaxed about the hostel policies :) The property itself has definitely seen better days (there was noisy building work going on during my stay) but it was generally clean and everything worked (air con, hot water in shower etc). My room was tiny, the single bed pretty much took up all floor space. There's not much privacy into the rooms - gaps around the doors, curtains don’t fully close etc. - so consider it more like a semi-private dorm. It does mean you get to know your neighbours very quickly, which is good if you’re looking to socialise. The bar was pretty fun to have a few beers in before going out. Dont be intimidated by all the super buff Thai guys hanging out there - they’re all masseuses waiting to get a booking from a guest (the ratio seems to be about five masseuses per guest, so no worries about nobody being available if you do want a massage!!). Guests also have access to the gay spa on the upper floors, which is also open to the public and very popular with Thai guys. Worth checking out!

Very run down. No staff at all during the day...and limited at night. Felt like a real flophouse. No sheets or pillow cases. No door on the bathroom. There are too many other places to stay. We left after one night.

Hotel y hostel, con diversión.

Ya habia estado antes. En esta ocasión, nos dieron una habitacion grande y con terraza. Como siempre, un lugar acogedor, divertido y bien comunicado. El baño es amplio, pero sin puerta.... extraño si viajas acompañado. La unica queja sigue siendo el café del desayuno... ausente. Por lo demás, siempre con ganas de volver.

I booked and paid it, but I was not able to check in. I know it's my fault that I booked in late and did not call. However, what I thought was just a reservation when I hit thebreserved button it took my money amounting to 1,000 baht plus. I tried calling the hotel but could not get through. I tried going to the hotel hoping to check in late, but the reception is already closed and locked. My money was wasted in this hotel which I was not able to check-in. I have no idea if the hotel would refund my money back or not and take it despite what happened. Again, I was not able to check-in in this hotel which I paid. I would be happy to change this review if they would do a refund of my payment.

発展場CHAKRAN、ゲイマッサージVCLUB7と同じ建物にありますが、このブルーキャビンは明らかにオマケ。 部屋数が少なく、ホテルでの出会いはほとんどありませんでした。 発展場CHAKRANはバンコク有数の発展場ですが、そこに泊まる必要はありませんでした。 部屋は狭くて天井が低く、音も丸聞こえです。物置を改装したような印象で、特にリゾート感はありませんでした。 周囲は住宅街のため、5分程歩かないとお店すらありません。 シーロム周辺の普通のホテルに泊まって、CHAKRANに遊びに行くのがいいと思います。

Excellent Stay will definitely come back!

It was nothing short of amazing. The private rooms are indeed quite small; but as a solo traveller is MORE THAN ENOUGH. Pros: Staff is RIDICULOUSLY ATTENTIVE - they make you feel like royalty. Mr Phut is the sweetest person ever, the owner is super friendly, and the ladies that do your breakfast are so gentle and nice! Rooms are quite safe and conveniently located hidden away from the noise of the other facilities. BTS and Mall in Ari are 4 blocks away; quite the enjoyable walking distance. From there you very easily connect to Silom or the palaces or whatever really. You have access to the rest of the property, rooftop onsen, etc; the pool is Amazing too! Rooms have safe, locks and everything you need in a compact package. Extremely easy to also get Grab cars and such if BTS/MTS isn’t your thing. Cons: The beams accross the roof are at times annoying 😂 I’m 5’9” and had no issue but a taller person may find it unconfy. Rooms are indeed small and noise can permeate a bit but its not intolerable as is only from the neighboring rooms, I usually wear sleep mask & earplugs and I had a great sleep but overly sensitive people may find it a bit weird. Language barrier with staff - Just use google translate if you need to ask very specific questions their english is not that great but they are SUPER nice about it and translator SW will do the trick!

Amazing staff

The owner and manager were very helpful and friendly - absolutely amazing hospitality. I had a late evening flight on my check out day, and they allowed me to use the hotel facilities all day. The hotel is only 5 min walk to Ari station as well as a variety of restaurants, from street food to upmarket cuisine. The included breakfast is cooked to order and is quite filling. I stayed in the standard single room. It’s cozy, may not good if you have lots of luggage or are a very tall person. Although I did not get a massage, I was informed that there is a discount for hotel guests.

사진처럼 방은 매우 좁았다. 방음이 잘 되지 않아서 서로 조심해야한다. 아침식사는 간단한 빵과 달걀프라이, 그리고 소시지가 제공되었다. 사우나가 무료인것은 좋았다.

小而舒适

位置可以，走路到Bts的Air站几分钟，路过一个米其林餐厅，路口有几家711，住客可以免费进入桑拿，虽然房间很小，但是舒适整洁。公用卫生间，很方便，就是一次性牙刷没有的，自己准备比较好。有早餐，服务生无论等我什么时候起床，都会给我做早饭，不错。但是我住了3天，没主动打扫过卫生，可能要要求吧，整体还是不错的。。
