The hotel is in a busy residential type area away from central city so we usually needed to take a 30 minutes drive into the city. Hotel itself is wonderful and the staff were excellent... We loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was lovely and the gym facilities are great. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Only thing stopping the review from being 5 star is the noise at night - our room was quite near the lifts and we could hear it pinging all night even over a white noise machine.

Almost everything was very good at this hotel, the employees are super nice. Only 1 problem my bed mattress was horrible with metal springs popping and a deep bar i could feel sometimes pressuring on my hip. Happened to find out later that the mattress was upside down…

Great staff. Great little gym and pool was awesome. Don’t try and check in early unless you want to pay extra. I was staying 23 days but still was asked for extra to get in early which I thought was tad much. Great sercurity guys always there to help . Bit rough there but taxi picks u up out front .

Fight for a clean towel.!

Bad experience. I had to fight to get a simple fresh shower towel. They don’t care about anything. Bathroom was old like from 70s. The bed was like a piece of rock. I reserved the studio the size was large enough. I’d rather stay somewhere else.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The pictures online are so misleading so you will be super disappointed if you book this hotel. The building is deteriorating and the washroom is the most problematic one. I only stayed for two nights out of my 6 nights of booking. I tried to cancelled my reservation for at least 10 times but hotel didn’t accommodate. I hated it so much so I booked another hotel and stayed for the rest of the trip. So don’t go there. It is not worth your headache.
