Nicky is the absolute BEST concierge! The property is conveniently located in the tourist belt, with abundant taxis. The hotel tuktuk shuttle to Sukhumvit, the efficient public transportation, or Terminal 21 shopping is super convenient and saves walking. I’ve been a frequent guest since its opening and it is my favorite Bangkok hotel.

This hotel is very close to the action and situated in a great area. The hotel staff was phenomenal. Everyone was very hospital, friendly and supportive. They make you feel important in every aspect. I also want to give a huge shout out to the pool bar person I believed to be name Natty (Please forgive me if I am wrong (Blond hair), he was very kind and great conversation on where to go during our stay. The breakfast buffet was simply incredible with lots of choices of foods and diverse foods. They also had a chef to make your favorite omelets. My wife and I had a great 3 day and 2 night's stay before heading to Phuket. This will be our place to stay every time we visit Bangkok. Hats off to the staff for being "FANTASTIC."

Always super friendly and helpful staff. Was just here several days ago prior to a trip to samui. Returned here as this is my go to spot whenever in Bangkok because it is consistently laid back,quiet, and accommodating.

Hotel is in good condition, clean friendly, and efficient staff. There are lots of restaurants bars and businesses nearby. However, the street is noisy and polluted. We were not bothered by either one when we were in the hotel but when you go out and walk you’ll see what I mean.
