Pro: Great location to transportation, malls and central location, away from the buzzing streets yet nearby by foot, lots of space and storage, friendly staffs and some great cafes nearby Cons: Dusty, pillow too soft (neck hurts), water pressure for shower and tap isn't stable (water heater too), lacks some basic items like toothbrush etc and spider web and water leakage on wall/ceiling pant. Toilet has a foul smell too.

We arrived late and the staff who checked us in was very helpful. The room was okay but they could have made the sofa clean as there were spots on it and could have changed the shower curtains as the lower part was not that clean.

Great deal, close to Lumpini park.
I really liked this hotel. It’s small but the staff was friendly and the room was clean. There were some ants in my room, but I left food out, so that’s probably my fault. It was still a great hotel for the price.

I like staying at S-bloc as 4th stay bit apt # 302 is a bit tired with some Water damage at the dresser and ceiling. Apt on the 2nd floor in better condition.
