"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. We enjoyed the beach. We had no trouble getting from our villa to the resort center; the buggies always arrived promptly. Our particular residence was multi-level, with a lot of steps, and so should only be chosen by guests who are fully ambulatory. It was quite luxurious and had a full size pool, quite impressive and more than we expected. The scheduled on site activities and the spa were thoroughly enjoyed. The concierge assisted us with arranging off-site experiences and airport transportation."

"We stayed in Villa 4, one of the 3 bedroom villas. Spacious rooms and great patio area with lovely private pool. The rooms and pool were cleaned regularly, and towels changed as well. Every day, we got given 4 bottles of water and more coffee capsules and tea bags. The location was really good as the hotel was on the beach which was very quiet. 5 stars definitely go to the restaurant/bar staff - incredibly professional and friendly. They were always happy to help and were great when dealing with my food allergy - gluten. Everyone at the hotel acted in a professional manner, nothing we asked for was ever a problem. A great holiday!"

"We had a wonderful week at Coconut Laguna. It was clean and very comfortable. Great pool and lovely to have the quiet stretch of beach at the end of the path. Good location for exploring the less touristy local options for food and drink - some wonderful restaurants nearby. 20 minutes in a Grab to Fisherman’s Village. Would highly recommend. "

"This is a beautifully designed hotel...modern architecture, beautiful plants and small gardens/pools integrated to make up the indoor-outdoor feel of the place. Horizon swimming pools and amazing views to the sea and islands beyond add to a great experience. Staff were wonderful, even by 5* hotel standards. Its a very boutique hotel. Only one very minor issue...booked a "penthouse" room...but it was not the top floor as the name would suggest. Wth though...the stay was brilliant."

"Second time I have stayed in these units. Everything worked fine and there were no issues until February 20th when a day long rain storm resulted in water entering the main floor through a ceiling pot light and water running down the interior wall behind the wall mounted tv set. Staff were quickly on hand to clean up the water on the floor and the counter. The unit was clean and comfortable and the cleaning girls were amazing as was the young man who helped get the main level tv working and helped me when I was having issues getting it to work. Weather was great most of the time and my wife and I really enjoyed our time at Coconut Laguna. Loved the local merchants and restauranteurs who were all so friendly and easy to deal with. Loved the beach and its lack of crowds. We may be back in 2026 for our fourth visit. Colyn and Sydney Pountney."
