Facilities are great, especially the gym, probably the best fit out I’ve ever seen in a hotel gym, on par with a lot of commercial gyms. Clean room, air con works well, and the 7-11 just outside the entrance is very convenient."

"I booked a Krungthep Wing Deluxe suite after several stays in the Shangri La wing and found the suite to be excellent in size and convenience. There was no coffee maker or pods in the room but the hotel provided one a day later. It is a short walk to the Shangri La wing for breakfast and access to the Horizon Club as this wing no longer has club lounge facilities but is all under cover and airconditioned. As this wing is closer to the BTS system travelling around the city is easy and the hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Iconsiam several times a day. The Horizon Club has two white and two red wines for the cocktail hour as well as a prosecco and small bites to snack on. Each night there was a different variety of a small creme brulee to enjoy with a choice of cocktails."
