My room on level 12, at midnight I still can hear the beat of music from Level 16.Also, just an input, to get in to Leval 16 bar very strict we are not allowed wearing sandal jepit (thong). I think if you should be a bit flexible especially for family, we (10 of us no children) just want to hang ...
