I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future, will definitely skip this hotel and opt for newer and better ones.

Nice furnished room, clean and comfortable. One note is the placement of washtable outside the bath room, maybe just not used to. The are minimart inside the hotel with reasonable price. Near to Braga, just walking out. The table in the restaurant is quite crowded and tight, need more space though.

When I booked at hotels.com somewhere it said that free breakfast for 3. However in reality I hv to pay for my son’s. Should better coordination with hotels.com. The pillow is too hard. Why don’t give a softer one.

The service was impeccable. Kudos to Mr Dandan the manager and his team for rectifying the hiccup for the free breakfast for the 3rd occupant in the room which was due to hotels.com. The buffet spread is amazingly huge and good. Love that there’s also a 24h mart for our convenience. Would love to come back again.

The bathroom has old sanitary need to replace with new ones. Basement car park has very narrow exit access, it is dangerous for mpv car. I had bad experience where my car scratched when I drove my car through narrow exit access from basement 2 to ground level. I had reported to duty manager on 18 june evening that he promised to be followed up by hotel management but noone contact me after that.

nice hotel and friendly staff... facilities are a bit old.. need upgrading... food not many variety.. lifts are not able to cater to big crowd of guests.. if have more English speaking staff would be good.

Our stay in Executive Condotel was enjoyable. The room was beyond expectation with microwave, medium sized refrigerator, electric stove to cook. The room is very clean, bathtub and shower has a glass see through window from bedroom. Eventhough we only stayed for 1 night but we had a chance to use its swimming pool. The hotel even has its own alfa minimart and century drugstore in addition to some boutiques. I also recognize that May Star, a renowned Chinese restaurant which happen to be one of my fav restaurants has its branch here. The breakfast was average, they could improve the food taste and quality as well as variety to select.

Overall good location and hotel to stay in. There is a minimart so makes it even more convenient. Good spread for breakfast!! However, the toilet in the room needs some repair work and shower curtains need to be replaced.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel until the next door guess alarm woke us up at 3 am and they snoozed it. The alarm was in vibration using mobile phone I guess and somehow the vibration could be heard from our bed. We called the front desk and they sent the security to solve the problem.

Nice clean hotel. Staff are very professional and smiley. Free wifi and airport pickup is a plus. Only downside is book your airport transfers early (at least two days before your departure)because if someone else booked it before you than you are out of luck and have to take a cab to the airport.

Great hotel
I was in town for a wedding with my parents. The greeting and the service there was excellent, even if you look abit lost someone will come up to you to offer help. The breakfast was great with a wide selection. My only complaint is with house keeping, we had two rooms, when we checked in my parents room had no towels, and I had. The second night my dirty towels are gone with no new ones anywhere. For just a great all round hotel, it seems funny that they were so short on towels

SO SO Hotel
This is an old hotel with some renovated rooms. The renovation is not finished yet though. The quality of breakfast is good as it has a big place and variety of foods available. However, the condition of the bathroom is so so, as it's kinda old especially the bath tub ( I happened to be so lucky that i got the old room). And I was told on my reservation under the room detail that I was supposed to get a free wireless internet, but later i found out that it's not available, even the new room only has cable connect internet. Another thing is there is also no microwave in the room as described. the detail room info was kinda misleading me. How could this happened? it misled customers to think that we got more value from the rate... Hopefully it will be fixed fast so future customer will not be disappointed. One good point is that the staffs are doing their best to accommodate and give supports to customers.

中心地にそびえる、格式のあるホテル checkinの時に人が５～６人並んでいて、時間が掛かりました。 フロントの人が2人いましたが、ネシアのお客さんに時間を取られて 待ちましたが、後でもう２人増えたので、助かりました。

Hotel di tengah kota bandung, dekat sekali menuju braga dan alun alun kota bandung . Kami hanya berjalan kaki santai sambil menikmati sekeliling . Pertama menginap kami mendapatkan upgrade room class (interesting) . Makan pagi menunya sangat variatif dan beragam . Terdapat kolam renang dan kegiatan aktivitas untuk anak saat itu (menggambar) , anak kami happy sekali .

改装オープンまもないホテル
新館に宿泊しました。 水回りもよく、ベッドも快適でした。また、ネットも割と快適でした。 （※インドネシアのホテルは、Wifiの通信状況が部屋毎にムラがあることが多いので、 たまたま私の部屋がよかったのか、全ての部屋が快適につながるかはわかりませんが） 朝食も種類が豊富で悪くないと思います。

ブラガ地区の端にあるホテル（旧：ロイヤルパンゲガール）
インドネシアのホテルは、よっぽどの高級ホテル（泊まったことない）を除き、 Wifiが遅い・弱いことがおおかったり、ある部屋で強くても、他の部屋で弱い、 昨日は早くても今日は遅い、といった村があるのですが、前回このホテルにとまったら、 インターネットアクセスは早かった！ 是非、「いつ泊まっても、どの部屋を使っても早い状態」を維持してください。

かつてのパンゲガールホテルが、名前をかえてオープンしました。 部屋はほぼかつてのままです。 ホテル内のコンビニは以前より質素な「売店」になったと思います。 私の部屋からは、LANは快適に使えたのがありがたかったです。
