Comfortably classy huge home / estate on the warmer east side of Bandon with calmer days and more sun!

Home is 5100 square feet with 7 bedrooms, sleeps up to 16 in beds! If you have a large group, we are ok with RVs (with permission) or tents, and there is a LOT of floor space for extra sleeping bags, etc if required (bring yours!).

GIGANTIC gourmet kitchen in Great Room setting make this the perfect home for social gatherings - family reunion/vacation, golf excursion, etc. Pet friendly for well-behaved pets if pet fee paid and pet rules agreed to.

The Air Hockey table, Smart TV, Fire pit, Foosball, and poker table are crowd pleasers!

1/2 mile from town, the home is just 12-15 minutes from Bandon Dunes Golf Resort and 5-6 min from the closest beach, this home is PERFECT for golfers, large families or family gatherings.

Weddings are welcome too with the event fee, and we've had many!

Unique and spacious floorplan - you've never seen anything like it! Hardwood in living areas with tiled bathrooms, granite surfaces, LED lighting - the details and quality are top notch.

Large private patio with BBQ and tables, laundry room, air hockey, foosball, poker table, and lots of space - this home is elegant and spacious, yet very comfortable and inviting.

If you are the one doing the booking, be sure to claim the 900 ft Master Suite as your own - you'll love the huge shower, separate soaking tub, and ceilings that soar to 20'.

Need room for your RV, trailer, or boat? We have it! Let us know if you require access to the lower yard parking area.

Golf Trip

We had an amazing stay and experience here. We had a large group with us (10) and not once did it feel like we were on top of each other. The open floor plan and many rooms made for a great stay. The hosts were quick to respond when needed. We hope to make this a yearly spot for us!

Fantastic Home

My first time to abandon dunes for my 50th birthday with 11 of my best friends and the house couldn’t have been more perfect and a great location near a great pizza joint and the golf courses and grocery store. My hats off to the owners as the home is everything, they said it would be.

Our Family Vacation

We took all our Children and their spouses and all our Grandchildren 18 people total on a Family Vacation to the Oregon Coast. This house was beautiful and fit all of us very comfortably. The yard was perfect for the kids and had wonderful sitting areas for the adults. The lay out of the house was perfect

Awesome Family Vacation

Our entire family loved this home! We had the best 5 days in Bandon. The house is amazing. We had tons of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the house and the property. The location is awesome, very close to Old Town Bandon, Bandon Dunes, and Hwy 101 to get out and explore different areas. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice house and spacious. We had a very large group staying. We drove up from Phoenix, AZ, with our Side by Sides to play on the Dunes. The lower parking area was made available to us and had enough room to park 5 trailers with the trucks. Everyone in our group was really impressed with the house!

Bandon Beach Trip

The house and yard were absolutely perfect for our family. There were plenty of rooms and the firepit was a real hit. Being so close to town and the beach were extra highlights. The only downside was having to use our cellular hotspots since there was no functional internet or cable in the house. We would love to stay again sometime on a future trip to the coast.

4th of July in Bandon

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend with friends in Bandon! The house was large enough for all of us and our plethora of children. We had lots of fun playing outside, exploring downtown, and the beach. This house is great for large groups. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were helpful when needed. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Sibling Getaway

This is our hometown, so 5 siblings and three of their spouses joined us. Our cousins, who also grew up in Bandon, rented another house and we joined together for a couple of meals. The house was great! Spacious, clean, & well stocked. We loved all the outside sitting areas and of course the sunshine. We even saw a deer out the dining room window.

Great stay in a great location

We had 8 adults staying for our golf trip to Bandon Dunes. This was a great location and the house comfortably fit everyone. We did have 2 people in one room, but was no issue because they were family. We really enjoyed the fire pit each night and hanging out watching sports in the living room. Rachelle was very prompt in her responses to inquiries and was a perfect host. We would definitely book this location on our next trip to Bandon Dunes.

Awesome house!

We had a blast here with our big group of 4 families. The pictures do not do this place justice, they should re take them. It looks dated and little more run down in pics. But it is not, it is a beautiful home with a great layout for lots of people. It has so many gathering spaces. The game room is much larger than it seems and the kids had so much fun there. The only thing that this property needs is a hot tub or large swim spa!! Would have been the cherry on top especially in the winter with colder days and less to do in a small town. There was one king room that I would switch out the mattress in, that was pretty hard. But all in all it was a fantastic house for our group! Would definitely stay there again.

Great property for a family reunion. Loved the outdoor eating area - great for kids, lots of room for kids to play outside. Several gathering spots inside for games, reading, TV, talking. The only downside is the small bedroom downstairs can get stuffy - would benefit with a window fan, but not a big deal. Would recommend

What a wonderful house! We all loved staying here, so much space for the kids to play. They loved the air hockey and the cool tree outside.
