"We couldn’t check in due to not being sent late arrival instructions via text or email, which we confirmed that we would be a late arrival with the property. They said we’d get a refund. We didn’t get it, had to dispute through Amex. Only excuses when we called the next day. Also we drove 8 hours from home. We slept in our car. Thanks for nothing."

"Drift Cabin was fantastic and while resort area was great. Loved the embankments between cabins to give you privacy around your fire pit. Cabin itself was bespoke and had everything required. Quick walk to the onsite general store for anything from extra wood to bottles of wine and smores kits. Loved my stay on the bay!"
