The hotel is being renovated so the public areas are effectively a building site but our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. Area is very walkable to beaches, restaurants, shops, boats. Hotel staff was great. Manon at the front desk was exceptional. And Lilla at the bar was magnificent. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Bathtub was fantastic. Great service and attention.

No accommodation for elderly nor handicapped, One key only per room One towel per guest, no cloth wash, no towel hanger, limited paper toilet, no paper toilet hanger,very tiny shower without curtain, impossible to not flood the bathroom and very slippery, Construction site, be aware of noise& smell Took for ever to check in …incapable receptionist, she said first week on job. Air conditioning frozen to undesired temperature.

This place have potential. They are working on it. But at the moment a bad sell of damp. The renovated rooms do have furniture that are really bad. No glass in the room. No bottle of water. Maybe better next year.

À éviter

Chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain très petite quand on prend la douche on arrose et inondé toute la pièce et on est obligé de mettre des serviettes par terre pour éponger l’eau. En plus si on est en couple on ne peux être deux dans la salle de bain. De plus on entends le voisin de la chambre d’à côté parler comme si il était avec vous, le bruit passe par la bouche de ventilation. Parking payant 15€ hors de prix. Le placard pour mettre le affaires est trop petit on ne peux même pas pendre une chemise et encore moins un costume. À éviter. Hôtel refait mais mal. Et isolation phonique inexistante on entends les voitures et les gens passer et parler dans la rue. Et dire que l’accueil me dit que ça était fait par un architecte spécialisé dans la réfection d’hôtel! Ils on mêmes pas changer la fenêtre de la salle de bain et il y de l’air qui passe par celle-ci.

À éviter si vous aimez le calme

Une soirée Batchata au restaurant de l’hôtel à l’intérieur qui devait se terminer à 23 h selon la réceptionniste et qui s’est achevé vers 1h30 gros tapage et population peu recommandable…la direction doit choisir si elle privilégie l’hôtel ou l’activité discothèque. De surcroît le parking gratuit par le passé est désormais à 15€. Bref la nuit fut courte quand on part à 6 heures du matin !!!

Hôtel en cours de rénovation donc travaux. Pas avertis de l'absence d'ascenseur, nous avons obtenu une chambre à l'étage inférieur mais plus petite (sans rectification du prix) avec une douche impossible à utiliser sans inonder toute la salle de bain. Par ailleurs la carte d'accès magnétique s'est désactivée à deux reprises, désagréable, mais bien rectifié par le personnel très serviable et irréprochable.

Arrivée à 12h … impossible de prendre la chambre avant 15h . Ok c est écrit ! Juste en face de la plage , proche du centre La chambre est tellement petit qu il n y a pas de Porte de douche , d accroche serviette Et vous êtes réveillés à 8h50 par le ménage de la chambre d à côté et 9h20 par l aspirateur dans le couloir … Alors pourquoi attendre 15h me dis je … bref ! Bof le réveil

Bon accueil, très bien situé géographiquement.

Très bon accueil, on savait que l'hôtel était en rénovation, donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Ce sera très bien quand l'isolation phonique sera faite (surtout à cause du bruit de la rue), mais on a tout sur place, les commerces, les festivités le soir et la mer !!
