"It was overall a good stay for what we needed! The host & support agent are excellent communicators and very prompt with replies. I’m not sure I’d recommend this space with kids (especially toddlers) because sounds don’t absorb/dampen well in the minimalist aesthetic, and we felt stressed about being quiet enough out of respect for the units around us. "Overall the room was okay. It was easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean.
