Everything was clean and service exceptional. Great week at Embun!! I think a perfect location to relax alone or with family. A favorite was the morning breakfast. A taste of Brunei with casual conversations each morning. The views will keep you feeling like a local waking up on the river. Thank you!!!

An incredible experience with friendly hosts

A big thank you to Diana and Dimi for their exceptional hospitality. This is a new, high-quality establishment offering direct access to the various tourist attractions in Bandar Seri Begawan. - The accommodation and pool are very clean, and the location is magnificent with a beautiful view of Brunei (the river). - The breakfast is excellent and gives you the energy you need for the day! - The restaurant downstairs is also very good. I highly recommend it, as it is much more authentic than the big hotels in Brunei. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Amazing stay.

This is our 3rd time stays here and all i can say we have an amazing stay here. My family enljoys it and even my daugther too. Rooms super clean and we give 5star for that. Thank you Embun will definitely come again.

Loved my stay at Embun... Exactly the weekend staycation for my wife's birthday... When you stay at Embun, get ready to be transported to a tranquil zone... The room was cozy, clean and complete... Immerse in the beautiful sunset and sunrise on the Brunei river bank from the comfort of your bed while sipping your tea/coffee... You might come for the view, but will leave with a heavy heart because of the warm hospitality of the owners who get out of their way to keep you good company and tend to your requests... I requested for a cake to surprise my wife; and Diana was gracious to help me and even bought a bouquet of flowers as her personal touch... That really exceeded my expectations... I am really thankful for the way she made my wife's special day even more special... If you are a foreigner, she will be happy to assist you as your personal tour guide... Especially if you are a solo traveller... Food? Embun has a restaurant located just below it, called Braai where good food awaits you... For my fellow Muslim travellers, they have a cute and comfortable surau/musolla for you to pray with your family...Overall, loved my stay at Embun... Definitely recommending the place to my friends and family... I found my place where I can have my reboot... Was thinking of gate keeping this place (haha), but I feel the owners deserve more people to know about this place... Happy to contribute even a little...
