Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying overnight while traveling. The staff is delightful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortably, as is the entire facility. The food is top notch, the pool and gym facilities are outstanding. I can say without hesitation, especially as a solo and female American traveling for the first time through Asia that I have been made incredibly comfortable, safe, and welcome. The hotel truly lives up to its name. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Good access to terminal 2, but inconvenient to terminal 1. Note that you may just be buying a set number of hours. Lots of stores and restaurants immediately outside hotel.
