"Check-in was excellent - managed to get our room around 1230.
Breakfast was excellent on both mornings.
Lunch on our arrival day the pizza's we ordered were excellent and huge!
Sunday carvery was excellent value for money and the quality was great.
Every member of staff were polite and very friendly.
They also went out of their way by putting the football on at lunchtime on Sunday for us.
We will be back - this is now out favourite hotel in Aberdeen."
"Great hotel in a beautiful location right on the River Dee. The views are incredible. Ample parking. Nice room (with river view), and modern bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were very well made. Service everywhere was excellent. There was a wedding going on my first night - I didn’t hear a thing. At first I thought the bed felt firm, but I had great sleeps both nights. Overall, an excellent hotel, and I will stay again if I’m in the area."
"This was one of our favorite places that we stayed at in Scotland. The grounds and the buildings were beautiful. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in one of the older rooms and it truly felt like a suite. "
"The hotel is beautiful and modern with comfortable beds and nice rooms. The rooms do run a bit warm but the windows do crack open. Nice central location. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast though"
"The room iteslf was clean, as was the bathroom. However there was hair & other small debris in the drawers in the room. A small fridge would have been helpful as the room was hot. Breakfast was good, we’d no other meals there. We paid for a late checkout yet our key cards stopped working 30 mins before checkout, which meant I was locked out at street level, my key card no longer operated the lift so had to climb 7 floors back to my room. I also do not like that the hotel does not accept cash. All in all good value and breakfast and clean enough."
