Le Perchoir—Le Grand Valtin—Cottage for 4 people

The house was once one of the oldest farms in the Hautes-Vosges (830 m). It has been completely renovated and divided into 6 holiday rentals. It is surrounded by 7 hectares of greenery and bodies of water criss-crossed by hiking trails. You’ll be 5 minutes from Lake Longemer, 10 minutes from city centre Gérardmer, 5 minutes from Le Valtin, and 10 minutes from the La Bresse ski area.

- Space details: The holiday rental is a 112 m² duplex. You’ll have a large private terrace with a view of the mountains. The apartment features a large kitchen, a living room with a TV (Netflix included), and 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor and a sink with a toilet upstairs.

- Bike storage: Upon request, you’ll have access to a secure area to store your bikes. You’ll also have access to electrical sockets to charge your e-mountain bikes (free of charge). If needed, we’ll provide you with equipment to inflate your tyres.

- Bedding: sheets and duvet covers are included (the beds will even be made for you ;)). Bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, and tea towels are also included.

- Terrace: a spacious 40 m² terrace just for you, with lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a picnic table (+umbrella).

- Private parking on the property.
