Rooms were modern and clean. Showers were a little dated. Had some trouble with the water temperature being cold at first but they were quick to help us fix this. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to just walk around and access most anything. Small pool very cold.

Friendly staff. Close location to everything. A little overpriced for what it is but I also came during the festivals.

Staff were very nice, room was great. Even appreciated glass bottles for water. Breakfast in the mornings was also well done. My only feedback is the pool looked a little cloudy.

An amazing stay. The kindest and most helpful staff I've experienced while in Chiang Mai, by far. Perfect rooms, very clean, with great amenities. The location, directly on Walking Street, could not be better. The weekend night market is outside your doorstep, so you can pop in and out to grab things with ease. I lost an important item and one of the gentleman concierge helped me look for it several different times. I received an email in the morning that it was found, which saved my entire trip! I have already extended, and likely will again.
