The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. "We booked this hotel because the group we were traveling with chose it based on TikTok reviews. For the price point, I think we could have purchased something better. However, we really enjoyed the welcome drink, breakfast, spa, floating lunch, and rooftop dinner. You can tell that this place is trying hard to reinvest into the property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me arrange a welcome anniversary surprise for my wife.
We booked a partial sea view room....

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, all the staff were very helpful. The room we booked ended up having an ocean view, even though we only booked a deluxe king which was an added bonus. The welcome drink was also very nice after a long flight. Be prepared to either wait for a buggy to pick you up or walk up a log of hills, as the whole hotel was up and down in the hills. This did not affect us, but may do if you are handicapped. The general location of the hotel is not great if you want to...
