The hotel had the friendliest reception- really enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The lobby has a kitchen area if you want to cook breakfast. They have a secure entry at night - you have to use your room key. Overall, a very nice, clean, simple and welcoming place.

The hotel is very beautiful. It was the best ones I visited during my stay across Thailand. Super clean, aesthetically pleasing and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well. My favourite hotel 10/10!!!

The hotel was comfortable but basic. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, just in the common areas. Free buffet breakfast included was basic - advertised testaurant was only open for breakfast. Hotel was in a quiet area but I think they were doing some renovations as there was a lot of hammering ...

everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.
