Ban Lam Ri Holidays from NZ$529

The air conditioning need to be improved. The technician came and said it fixed. But all night the temperature in the room show 25. I tried to turn it down to 20. Didn’t work.

Clean room, friendly staff and great location.

staff work very hard to keep this hotel clean. Need better amenities like bigger hand soap. Need more detail cleaning in the rooms. Every day we had Indian tour groups and they were very noisy! They do shopping at night come back at about mid night then start packing doors open and talking loudly and going one room to other until 3 in the early morning. We complain to front desk and offered room change but all the floors were same! Someone from staff should go and asked them to shut room doors and keep quiet. Breakfast time also same, loud talking and full of people, but staff did good job filling up food items!

Location is great. Tuk tuk service provided by hotel to and from the main road is really helpful. Staff (be it reception, housekeeping, restaurant, pool area) are all very nice. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

Very clean room and more space. I'll recommend to saty again.
