"Two very bad things, and other pretty bad things. 1. There is a different menu for Westerners. We noticed other guests were eating meals that were not on our menu, and the next day for breakfast the same thing happened - we were given a Western breakfast (no menu, no order taken, just given), and the other guests had a Thai breakfast. I then found the Thai menu, and discovered that it was a book, with more than triple the number of meal options. Once asked about this (using a translation app)...

"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty.
