Beautiful room with a gorgeous view, great breakfast, wonderful check in lady (evening lady not so friendly with a constant scowl), best buffet breakfast in Laos and also the best massage I have ever had.

Staff great service great but the way the hotel is managed is a joke. They shut down all restaurants and bars so the owner could throw themselves a party. Guests were left to fend for themselves.

We stayed here twice - at either end of The loop. The hotel minding our bags for us for the two nights we were away.
