"This hotel provided free shuttle from Phuket airport. The distance is short but when it rains hard, its helpful. My room had a microwave oven, a refrigerator with full freezer, and even a washer. For relaxing and quiet time this hotel is highly recommended. Naiyang beach is close by but this part of Naiyang beach belongs to national park so there's entrance fee but it's free after 5pm."

"The whole property was very well kept. Acres of gardens were well maintained. All the staff were very busy all the time keeping the grounds neat and tidy. The breakfast staff were excellent remembering your coffee and tea orders every morning. They were always polite and helpful as were all the staff at the Resort. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends."

Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres.
Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements. "

The receptionist, Mai, checked us in, and Yee helped us with our luggage with a smile on their face. We had to change our check-out schedule, and Salmon helped us fix it with the transportation company that would pick us up. "We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"
"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
