The staff also brought our luggage up to the room shortly after.The room itself was perfect very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I like drinking on my holidays. I would have not booked it if i knew. I travel 4 months of the year for the last 20 years, and this is the first hotel ever ive been to that it doesnt have any alcohol in the premises"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. I arrived early and my room was ready 5 hours before check in which is such a great way to start a trip. I had a small issue with my room, but it was dealt with immediately and resulted in a benefit to me. The staff was great and the service excellent. Great location with easy access to a shuttle boat, BTS (train) and Grab cars and taxis. I would stay again!"
