"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."

Minor shortcomings: Limited choice of breakfast, no room cleaning, service staff is confused (no overview of reservations, food ordering will be rechecked 3 times before preparing) and doesn't speak English."
