"A lovely place to stay. We left a couple of items behind and requested if they could post them back. This was not a problem for them at all and I received the items within days. Lots of extras too! One of our party forgot their toothbrush, opened the cupboard and there were spares! Also impressed by the rubbish sorting system. Communication was excellent with all my queries answered promptly. We were attending a wedding nearby and and were not able to avail ourselves of all the extras but the pool looked very inviting!"

"The Beach House at Moggs was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very attentive. When a watch and act was declared for the area during the Otway fires in Jan 25, they stayed in touch and offered us alternate accommodation if it was required. The location is also perfect with easy access to the beach and walks in the bush."

"Our stay was good overall. While the property is a little dated, the location and the views are absolutely outstanding, it was the highlight of our trip. Parking on arrival was straightforward, but retrieving the car later proved quite challenging due to the tight layout and limited space. The facilities were decent. there’s no internet available, which might actually be a plus if a digital detox is what you’re after. Thankfully, mobile reception was reliable."

"What a beautiful location and house. Stayed with two families and plenty of room and facilities, the kitchen has everything you'd ever need! We loved sitting on the deck and bird spotting in the afternoons. A short walk to the beach. Easy check in and communication good. Only issue was the oven was dirty and most of the blinds didn't open, it wouldn't take much to fix this. Otherwise, thanks! "
